Hey! I am Bells
My mission is to create a positive movement in the World. To help highly driven men and women build the resilience for a healthy body and mind and the collective energy we generate.
I’ve been in the Fitness space for 8 years. This makes me feel really old! What I’ve learned so far; 1) It’s never too late to make a change and 2) stepping into exercise from a positive viewpoint makes it doable and enjoyable.
Restrictive diets, self-punishment, guilt only stir up more anxiety in an already anxiety driven World. Given an open mind, we continue to grow, learn and change our ways as we age. This creates a beautiful space to ebb and flow in tune with our mind and body.
Exercise has the potential to create positive movement in the World and if I can contribute to that I'm winning in life.
